Then, if for any reason you wish to return the programs, your purchased price less the fee for shipping and handling will be refunded. We add 10 days to allow for shipping. This offer does not apply to programs purchased in CD-ROM format. Lifetime Warranty All tapes are guaranteed to be high quality productions and free from manufacturing defects. If for any reason at any time, an SCWL® tape becomes damaged, send it back with $5.00 to cover shipping and handling, and it will be replaced with a new version of the same title. Replacement Guarantee (Cassette Tapes Cnly) If you decide that you would like a different program other than the one or more that you ordered, simply send them back with your request.
