Organizing your timeTime is the measured period during which an action, process or condition exists or continues. Organizing time means to arrange time by systematic planning and united effort. Time is all we really have left and what we do with it is our decision. We can accomplish feats with time or we can choose to do nothing with time. To physically organize your time in terms of planning and goal setting, you must mentally organize your time first. It needs to become a habit – one that allows you the time to do all things you desire to do until completion. The book, “Type “A” Personality and Your Heart” breaks down the utilization in two major categories: The Type “A” personality and the Type “B” personality; Type “A” tends to work hard at getting all things done as fast as possible, yet accomplishes less and less: where the Type “B” personality organizes his efforts in time and accomplishes many, many things in seemingly at a slow-pace but, in an organized manner. The basic premise of the book is that Type “B” personality people live longer and healthier lives. The SCWL program on Organizing Your Time (could also have been titled Organizing Your Time and Your Life) was designed to create a consciousness about time. Everything in your life has a place and a time. To have a good positive mental attitude about time will allow you all the time you need to accomplish all things in your life that you desire and to be in total control of your time while you actually slow down and allow enjoy the luxury of your time.
